To ensure that the building could float, six barges were prepped with components of the casino’s structural steel frame before being transported to the Hammond Marina and joined together to form the foundation for the 350,000-square-foot casino and convention center.
Pepper delivered, constructing the largest floating facility in the United States. When Caesar’s Entertainment wanted to construct a new casino in Indiana, they looked to Pepper to build a structure that complied with existing riverboat casino regulations.
